MDI Group is seeking a Sr. Contact Center and VoIP Technology Engineer for our Client in the Philadelphia area. 

Required Skills & Experience: 

  • Bachelor’s degree, or equivalent experience in a related field, Telecommunication or Computer engineering, business administration
  • 5-7 years of experience in a telecom technical service support position with customer service approach
  • 4+ years’ experience in large call center environments
  • Nortel/Avaya PBX experience with upgrades and routing
  • VoIP and SIP related protocol/routing experience
  • Experience with Call Center auditing – Interactive Quality Manager or other similar products
  • Prefer experience with cloud based products UCaaS ; Interactive Intelligence preferred
  • Avaya 3rd party products  such as One-X Mobile
  • Excellent communication and relationship management skills
  • Time management and organizational skills
  • Ability to handle changing priorities in a fast moving environment
  • High degree of self-motivation
